Senior LinkedIn Strategist (Remote US) Future Opening

We use Customer Generation, a marketing methodology developed by us that focuses on SQLs and customers instead of traditional metrics like MQLs.
This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of our social media team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts
- Serve as direct support to client contacts>
- Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, work quality, and improvements
- Build strategies for clients each quarter
- Manage and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
- Provide fractional support for internal marketing within the agency
- Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions
- Confirm lead routing accuracy within CRM
- Personal productivity and utilization
- Work directly with Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are met
- Understand programmatic campaign value
- Drive cross?sells, upsells, and referrals via client relationships and professional network
- Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer
- 4+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency supporting B2B clients
- Deep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads
- Understanding of different Ad Units within LinkedIn Platform (conversation ads, document ads, CTV, etc)
- Proficiency in advertising platforms/tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, etc
- Ability to delegate to junior team members for joint success
- Strong understanding of paid principles (keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, campaign optimization)
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data with tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms to optimize performance
- Ability to drive results and measure via OCT
- Audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc
- Proven measurable success with mid?market or enterprise accounts
- Translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with data

What Success Looks Like
- Encompass core values in every interaction
- Effectively manage ~five mid?tier and enterprise accounts
- Meet and exceed department KPIs such as client growth and goal attainment. Core KPIs: client NSMs (North Star Metrics) and Client Satisfaction scores
- Build client trust and relationships that create consistent renewals
- Cross?sell services aligning with client goals
- Clearly communicate results to client point of contact and executives
- Exceptional decision making regarding strategic direction for accounts

- Living wage based on U.S. living wage. Base salary range $85,000$95,000 (estimate; varies by compensation practices, skills, depth)

Work Environment Requirements
As a remote?first company, youll have the ability to work from anywhere in the U.S., with the option to enjoy our state?of?the?art offices in Irvine, California. For global locations, you must have established and current work authorization and permanently reside in that country.
This role can operate 100% virtually from your home office. We collaborate primarily through virtual meetings (Zoom) and Slack. You will be required to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity tools as necessary. Due to the nature of this role, you must be able to remain stationary for extended periods, observe and interpret communication, have reliable internet access, and maintain a professional background.
