Lease up Assistant Position Overview
To perform the Lease Up Assistant role successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential duties at a satisfactory level. The position is a Non-Exempt level role that requires the use of independent judgement and decision-making skills as well as educational expertise to maintain compliance. The Lease Up Assistant works under supervision of the Director of Regulatory Affairs and Leasing and Consulting Coordinator. This role is responsible for administrative support to the department. These duties are a usual and customary part of the role.
