The On-site Maintenance Technician plays a very important role in the organization by providing excellent resident services in addition to performing various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. Supports and aids the Community Manager in all phases of the overall physical maintenance of an income-producing property.
This includes but is not limited to; the general maintenance of the property, expense control, and adherence to preventive maintenance programs and required state and federal safety programs. This position requires exercising independent judgment, executing and developing solutions to problems, and diplomatically implementing decisions made by management. The day-to-day responsibilities of the Maintenance Representative will vary depending on the needs of the direct supervisor. Representative must have reliable transportation.
Hourly Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.00 DOE
This position does have specified on-site requirements. A large three-bedroom townhome is considered part of the compensation package with reduced rent of $1100 a month.
