Key responsibilities include inspiring and championing a culture of empowerment, scaling operations to meet demand, executing strategy, optimizing and innovating through operational excellence, and guiding financial and strategic stewardship.

Candidates for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a proven track record as an operations executive, with a strong preference for those with over 15 years' experience in food, beverage, or premium dairy manufacturing.
