Warehouse Associate - Shipping & Receiving
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Sonoma, CA

A well-established company is looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate to support daily shipping and receiving operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with their hands, and keeping things moving efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Receive, package, and ship products using common carriers
• Prepare outbound shipments safely and accurately
• Help with inventory movement and warehouse organization
• Use basic computer systems and shipping software
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work closely with warehouse and office teams

What We're Looking For

• Prior warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred
• Basic computer and shipping system skills
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs safely
• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts (or willingness to learn)
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Valid California driver's license
• English communication skills

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday-Friday
• Occasional overtime as needed
