Warehouse Production Associate (3rd Shift)

Location: Santa Rosa, CA 95403 (Local candidates only)

Pay Rate: $23/hr (Weekly pay + Medical Benefits)

Contract: 3-month contract (Excellent potential for long-term permanent based on performance)

Schedule: Full-time | Sun-Thurs | 10:00pm-6:30am (3rd shift)

About the Role

Our client is a global team of innovators, leaders, creators, builders, and problem solvers developing state-of-the-art instruments and reagents for life science research laboratories and healthcare facilities worldwide. Their work helps people everywhere live longer, healthier lives.

This role is responsible for inspecting, sorting, and packaging injection molded parts in a fast-paced, highly automated production environment, both inside and outside of a clean room.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Ensure production losses are minimized through timely communication of issues to supervisors
• Work in strict accordance with approved production and quality procedures
• Operate and work around injection molding machines, following all safety practices
• Perform visual inspections to identify molding defects and quality issues
• Maintain high attention to detail while meeting production pace expectations
• Work effectively in a team-based production environment
• Comply with PPE and clean room gowning requirements

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to work 3rd shift (Sun-Thurs, 10pm-6:30am)
• Some knowledge or understanding working in or around injection molding environments- not required but helpful
• Familiarity with automated equipment or some equipment, and production work
• Can operator and work around injection molding machines and must make sure that safe working is followed.
• Ability to identify common defects and understand basic quality standards
• Experience inspecting, sorting, and packaging parts or materials
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or production setting
• Basic computer skills with the ability to document work accurately
• Basic math and English reading skills
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift or move items up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable handling small parts, repetitive tasks, and measuring tools
• Willingness to follow strict safety, quality, and clean room protocols
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Preferred / Bonus Experience - But not required

• Experience working in a clean room environment
• Prior production or manufacturing experience
• Interest in long-term, stable employment within a manufacturing, warehouse, production environment
