The Fountaingrove Club is thrilled to announce an exciting career opportunity for a Restaurant Floor Manager. This role offers the chance to lead a dedicated team, elevate guest experiences, and grow within a premier private club setting.Compensation: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 BOEPosition Responsibilities:* Daily supervision of restaurant operations* Manages daily paperwork* Oversees daily restaurant activities to include serving tables, bussing tables, seating guests, and general clerical/cashier duties* Supervises bartender, server, host, and other employees in the restaurant* Develops relationships with the members and guests to personalize and anticipate service needs* Must be on the floor during busy mealtimes and required to close the bar and restaurant* Ensures that the restaurant and restaurant facilities are kept clean, well-stocked and organized Maintains cost controls and conducts monthly inventory* Responsible for overall guest satisfaction* Complies with applicable health, alcoholic beverage, fire, and other local/state laws* Closing procedures and appropriate cash handling practices* Incorporates safe work practices in job performance* Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Food and Beverage and Restaurant ManagerQualifications, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements:* Must have 1+ years of related experience in Food and Beverage* Experience in a Gaming environment preferred* We are looking for an outgoing and dynamic leader, who can motivate and mentor the team while improving overall guest satisfaction* Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook* Knowledge of pertinent health regulations and liquor laws* Must be highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented* Must have exceptional interpersonal skillsWorking Conditions:* Physical activity including long periods (8 hours) of standing, walking, and bending* The employee will be required regularly to reach with arms and hands* The employee occasionally will be required to lift up to 30lbs.* Must be able to work extended hours during golf and holiday season* Must be able to work weekends and holidays* Regular and reliable attendance required
