Assembly / Production Pay Range: $16.90 Schedule: Monday Friday, Overtime on Saturdays shifts vary; flexibility required (shift changes may occur based on production needs) Swing Location: Santa Rosa, CA Overview Were hiring reliable and hardworking Assembly and Production Associates / Material Handlers to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates are comfortable with hands-on tasks, working on their feet, and adapting to changing production priorities. Responsibilities Perform assembly and packaging of finished products on the production floor. Handle, lift, and move materials up to 50 lbs throughout the shift. Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety and quality guidelines. Operate basic production equipment or assist with line set-up and changeovers. Perform repetitive tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting. Support team leads and supervisors with additional tasks as assigned.
