looking for a Junior Manager to support our Finance and Accounting Products initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their product career to make a real impact by helping to shape the internal tools and reporting solutions that drive our financial processes.

In this role, you'll work closely with your Group Product Manager and cross-functional teams to break down strategic goals into clear product epics and user stories for our scrum team. The ideal candidate has management experience, thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, and is excited to learn more about core accounting functions such as general ledger management, 1099 generation, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.

What You'll Do

• Under the leadership of the Group Product Manager, the product manager will organize and drive the quarterly roadmap for financial planning and accounting tools.
• Translate business goals into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog and deliver user stories.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Accounting, Finance, and Customer Relations to build, launch, and iterate on internal products.
• Monitor performance against quarterly OKRs and product launch plans.

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of product management experience.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with e-commerce accounting & billing systems such as NetSuite
• Knowledge of accounting best practices and tools.
