Position Overview – Licensed Insurance Agent

This opportunity is designed for licensed insurance professionals currently operating in the brokerage space who are seeking more consistency, structure, and long-term scalability in their career. If you are tired of fragmented training, recycled leads, inconsistent support, or operating as an independent contractor without a true growth path, this role offers a fundamentally different model.

As an agent with a Globe Life agency, you will operate within a defined hierarchy built to support production and development, not compete with it. You will receive real training focused on sales execution, product mastery, and client communication, rather than surface-level onboarding or self-directed learning. Our system is designed to help experienced agents sharpen their skills, increase close ratios, and scale output with reliability.

Unlike traditional brokerage environments where leads are often resold or oversaturated, we provide exclusive, company-generated leads from individuals actively requesting assistance. These leads are not resold to other agents or companies, allowing you to focus on consultative selling instead of lead replacement.

You will be supported by a structured leadership team with clear accountability at every level — managers whose role is to help you improve performance, not simply recruit. Administrative, underwriting, and compliance support are built into the model so you can spend your time selling, not chasing carriers or troubleshooting on your own.

Qualifications

  • Active Life Insurance License (Life and Health Preferred)
