This role may also involve helping in the warehousefrom stocking and retrieving items to making deliveries, operating a forklift, pitching in with housekeeping, and supporting general branch needs./ph3A Sample of What Youll Do in This Role/h3ulliAssist with electronic order entry and processing utilizing JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software/liliRespond to customer inquiries in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner/liliSubmit and code bills and invoices to the AP department for payment/liliWork closely with the Sales and Operations teams to maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer needs/liliAssist with monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory/liliSupport the Sales Team with inaccurate customer pricing and quickly resolve any inquiries or concerns/liliPrepare reports under managers supervision/liliAid team members in administrative tasks/li/ulh3What You Bring to the Role/h3ulli0-1 years of experience/liliProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/liliWillingness to learn JD Edwards (training will be provided)/liliThe ability to accurately apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios/liliMobility to move freely across uneven terrain both indoors and outdoors safely/liliHigh School Diploma or equivalent/liliBilingual Spanish/English required/li/ulh3What Makes You a Great Fit/h3ulliYou have strong interpersonal and effective communication skills/liliYou have good organizational skills with strong attention to detail/liliYoure able to respond professionally to inquiries or complaints/liliYou read, write, and speak English fluently/li/ulh3Compensation and Benefits/h3ulliThe base compensation for this position ranges from $19.33 to $25.80 per hour.
