This role possesses multi-functional responsibilities. The focus of this role is leading and supporting teams executing order fulfillment./ppMajor Duties and Responsibilities:/pulliEffectively lead a team to execute the Order Fulfillment process which includes, but is not limited to pick orders, consolidate orders, check orders, transport consolidated orders to packing area, pack orders, label orders, transport orders to shipping dock/liliTransports incoming and outgoing inventory to designated areas utilizing appropriate tools/vehicles to accomplish the task including but not limited to hand dolly, forklift, electric dolly, pallet jack/liliOrganize products and maintain orderly item location for efficient order fulfillment and material transfers around the warehouse/liliPerforms quality inspections on outgoing shipments/liliResponsible for respective areas ensuring that all packages for shipping meet SLA (Service Level Agreement)/liliMaintains a safe, clean working environment/liliParticipates in quality improvement processes/liliProvides timely and adequate feedback/coaching to team/liliPerforms other related duties as assigned by management/liliRegular and reliable attendance and punctuality/li/ulpMinor Duties and Responsibilities:/pulliCommitment to excellence and high standards./liliFlexible, and able to move within other warehouse positions./liliTeam Player with strong interpersonal skills/liliAcute attention to detail./liliAbility to understand and follow written and verbal instructions./liliProcesses all packages for shipments to include packaging, labeling, stacking, and palletizing./liliAccurate time management to carry out orders efficiently and effectively./liliTakes initiative and can positively motivate the work force./liliStrong communication skills/li/ulpQualifications for the Job:/pulliOne to two years of previous Lead experience/liliAt least 4 years experience in a warehouse/liliFamiliarity with shipping practices and handling methods/liliAble to work well independently or as a member of a team, with minimal supervision/liliPossess basic math skills, understand written/verbal procedures, ability to read/write/speak English/liliPrevious Scan gun capabilities a plus/liliPrevious leadership role/liliForklift experience preferred./liliMinimum high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education/li/ulpWork Environment and Physical Demands:/pulliProlonged periods of standing/walking./liliOccasionally lift, carry and/or move up to 50lbs/liliContinually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity/liliContinually required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl./liliContinually work near moving mechanical parts/liliOccasional loud noise/liliOccasional varying environmental temperature changes/li/ulpBenefits:/ppBenefits: 401(k) with match, Health insurance, Dental insurance, Vision insurance, Disability insurance, Employee Assistance Program (mental health is important!), Flexible spending account, Health savings account, Life insurance, Paid time off, Referral program, and sometimes we hand out free wine (subject to our policies and internal controls its not a free for all).
