LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently hiring Leasing Agents in Santa Rosa. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of residential management experience, including required tax credit experience, and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment. As a Leasing Agent, you will play a key role in helping individuals and families secure housing within our affordable communities, managing the full leasing process while providing exceptional service from first contact through movein.
Pay range: $27-$30/hour
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Contract
Core Duties
• Conduct property tours and present available units to prospective residents
• Provide detailed information on property features, amenities, and community offerings
• Process rental applications, run background/credit checks, and verify income eligibility
• Work closely with property management to support timely leasing and movein workflows
• Assist residents with renewals, maintenance needs, and general inquiries
• Maintain accurate leasing records, applicant files, and resident communications
• Support marketing efforts to drive occupancy and promote availability
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
• Prior leasing, property management, or real estate experience strongly preferred
• Tax credit experience required
• Knowledge of affordable housing programs, regulations, and eligibility guidelines
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
