Engagement Manager

Location: Nashville, TN (hybrid)

Schedule: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of application technology solutions aligned with strategic business goals. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of software development and enterprise systems.



Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycle from planning to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements, scope, and solution feasibility.
• Manage product roadmaps, release planning, and resource allocation.
• Lead project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support continuous improvement through process optimization and cost-efficiency initiatives.

Team & Delivery Oversight

• Coordinate with Business System Analysts, Solution Architects, and development teams.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC standards and project governance.
• Lead both onshore and offshore teams, ensuring alignment and productivity.
• Participate in code reviews, testing coordination, and deployment planning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing enterprise application projects.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools and agile practices.
