OPTI STAFFING GROUP IS HIRING
Opening: Warehouse Associate (2 Openings)
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $21 + Benefits

We are partnering with a large, fast growing furniture sales company that operates multiple divisions and offers real career advancement opportunities. This is not a small warehouse with dead end roles. This is a high volume, fast paced operation where strong performers can grow into lead, logistics, operations, or management roles over time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Load and unload furniture and inventory safely and efficiently
- Pick, stage, and prepare orders for delivery and showroom needs
- Operate warehouse equipment and follow safety procedures
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and moving
- Work closely with sales, delivery, and logistics teams
- Assist with inventory tracking and product movement
- Stay active throughout the day in a fast paced environment
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug test including THC
- Ability to lift, move, and handle furniture safely
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Team focused attitude with a willingness to learn
- Warehouse or labor experience is helpful but not required
