2+ years of Human Resources or Talent Acquisition Experience including onboarding
Talent Acquisition Expertise: Must have strong recruiting skills, courteous phone etiquette, professionalism, and attention to detail. A minimum of 1 year of experience in HR/Recruiting or staffing agency required.
Technical Proficiency: Strong acumen with applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Bullhorn, Brassring, PeopleSoft, or iCIMS; ability to manage pipelines, track candidate progress, and maintain system accuracy.
High-Volume Environment: Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment operations while meeting deadlines with precision and quality.
Communication & Teamwork: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be a dependable team player able to collaborate cross-functionally and uphold a positive, solution-focused attitude.
Customer-Focused Service: Deliver high-quality, timely service to hiring leaders and candidates with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service-level expectations.
Key Responsibilities: Pre-screening candidates, collaborating with sourcing partners, supporting onboarding, using Workday for hiring actions, and resolving issues efficiently and confidentially.
Qualifications:
Required: 2+ years in HR or TA including onboarding; HS diploma/GED
Preferred: Bachelor's degree, Workday ATS experience, MS Office proficiency
