Description:

The Badging Administrator will play a crucial role in managing security and access permissions for individuals needing building access. This role also involves acting as a customer service representative, facilitating access control requests, and resolving badge-related issues. Responsibilities include inventory management, report generation, and assisting with alarm remediation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily global badge operations efficiently
  • Engage in hands-on operations including processing Jira tickets, supporting new employee onboarding, and driving continuous program improvements
  • Establish secure access zones and contribute to developing physical access infrastructure that aligns with identity management and RBAC/ABAC policies

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Security, Badging, or Access Control fields
  • Demonstrated experience with security access control systems (e.g., CCure, Kastle, Brivo, and property management access platforms)
  • Strong background in access management within security operations
  • Experience with Genetec is highly preferred

Work Schedule:

  • Primary schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
  • Flexibility to support on weekends as needed

Compensation

Estimated pay range: $30/hr - $40/hr. Actual compensation will be determined based on knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, and location.
