Forklift OperatorJob Location: Napa, CaliforniaJob Type: Temp to Hire, part timePay Rate: $25-$28/hourSchedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday; 8:30am - 4:30pmDescription of Position:We're looking for an experience part time Wine Warehouse Associate to join a well-established wine distribution operation. This role is ideal for someone who knows their way around wine fulfillment, forklifts, and pallet building and is looking for a consistent part time schedule.Job Responsibilities:Load and unload trucks safely and efficientlyVerify outbound orders prior to shipmentPick orders and accurately pull product from assigned locationsBuild pallets, shrink wrap, band, and prepare shipments (including labeling)Rework damaged product as neededOperate electric sit-down forklifts and pallet jacksReplenish product from bulk and rack locationsAssist with inventory cycle countsMaintain accurate inbound/outbound documentationPerform general housekeeping and support the warehouse team as directedDescription of Company:You will be supporting a well-established wine logistics warehouse in Napa, California.Experience Required:Prior wine distribution or fulfillment experienceElectric sit-down forklift experience (required)Knowledge of pallet building, shrink wrap, and banding machinesComfortable lifting up to 50 lbs (wine cases)Experience in English (read, write, and speak)Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety focusedSimilar Positions:Forklift OperatorProduction AssociateLogistics AssociateShipping and Receiving AssociateMaterial HanderBolt Staffing is an equal opportunity employer.
