MCC is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician. In this key role, you will ensure all electrical schematics and instrumentation are current, perform troubleshooting during equipment downtime, execute repairs, and conduct preventive maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production runs.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance on production equipment, ensuring optimal operation across shifts.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems of machines.
• Enhance production efficiency by applying Lean Manufacturing principles and 5S methodologies.
• Maintain and repair the facility as necessary.
• Engage in special projects and take on additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of one year of experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic applications.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics; vocational training in maintenance is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with operating systems are required.
• Strong ability to multi-task and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Proficient problem-solving skills for assessing product output against specifications.
• Physical capability to perform tasks like climbing stairs, bending, and using hands for extended periods.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to engage in various physical activities including stooping, squatting, crawling, and kneeling.
• This role requires frequent walking.
