Job Title: Line Worker - Quality Assurance Assistant

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:30am - 2:00pm

Pay: $19-20 per hour

Description: Join a fast-moving organic skincare production team in this temp-to-hire role. You'll help keep the line running smoothly by following lab safety standards and SOPs, while making sure every product passes strict quality checks-from filling to final packaging. It's hands-on, high-energy work with a path to long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Line Worker

• Maintain daily quota of minimum units packaged or filled per hour

• Complete set-up or changeover of machines, including loading components, products, packaging materials, and trouble-shooting

• Maintain a safe, clean, organized production line and work area

Quality Assurance

• Ensure caps, containers, product labels, packaging, and shipping labels correspond to the order

• Preparation of approved labels for packaging materials, ensuring compliance according to regulation

• Review and reconcile the final shipment of the filled product

• Log daily sanitation entries, including lot numbers and material information

• Pull retain samples and swab equipment for micro testing

Qualifications:

• Must have proven the ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in Spanish and English

• Accurate and detailed oriented

• Computer literate, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience

• Team-player with management skills ideal

Physical Requirements:

• Required to stand for long periods; walk up and down stairs, climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl

• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
