Administrative Assistant — Supportive Living Services (NBRC Vendor)
Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations for our Supportive Living Services (SLS) program serving adults with developmental disabilities through North Bay Regional Center (NBRC). This role supports compliance, documentation, scheduling, payroll coordination, and communication with NBRC, families, and staff.
Responsibilities:
Maintain client and staff records
Prepare and submit reports and correspondence to NBRC
Track Plans of Service (POS), authorizations, and deadlines
Collect and verify timesheets and mileage
Coordinate with payroll/FMS and follow up on billing issues
Support staff onboarding and compliance documentation
Requirements:
Proof of a Bachelor's degree (required)
2+ years of administrative experience
Strong organization and attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc...) and Google Workspace
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Preferred:
Experience with Regional Centers, SLS, or Healthcare
Familiarity with compliance or audit support
