Your Profile:

  • Agile and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Confident communicator who connects effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and follow-through.
  • Driven by urgency and quality—not settling for "good enough."
  • Willing to seek clarification and support when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain organization across multiple projects while remaining flexible to shifting priorities.
  • Facilitate daily communication with agents, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Manage timelines and meet deadlines collaboratively.
  • Track and investigate damage and defective returns, liaising with vendors to secure corrective action plans.
  • Assist with cost management and tracking, including savings and chargebacks.
  • Oversee sample management including TOPs and wear testing.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team on product classification.
  • Collect, review, and archive all product information diligently.
  • Maintain certification files for products (e.g., Oeko-Tex).
  • Partner with the QA team to resolve any arising issues.
  • Develop a strong understanding of design intent and aesthetic needs.
  • Streamline sourcing procedures to enhance efficiency.

Systems & Administrative Support:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • System-savvy: manage supplier information, including cost sheets and vendor setups, and maintain internal systems.
  • Handle vendor record maintenance and follow up on operations manuals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sourcing or related retail roles.
  • Strong capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Demonstrated agility in problem-solving and managing multiple priorities.
  • Hybrid work environment: 3 days in the office required, with flexibility as needed.

Compensation:

  • The anticipated starting base pay for this role is between $75,000 and $86,000 annually, depending on experience, education, and skills.
  • Employees (and their families) have access to medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Enrollment in the company's 401k plan is also available. Full-time employees accrue twenty-one days of paid time off (PTO) during the first year, along with seven paid holidays annually.
