Salary and Benefits Starting salary placement depends on qualifications and experience and is anticipated to be in the range of $7,000 to $7,500 per month. This position is a member of the Management Personnel Plan and serves at the pleasure of the President. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances, CalPERS retirement, tuition waiver, vacation and sick leave, 15 paid holidays per year, and a Personal Holiday. The university is a Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) Employer. (summary of benefits available)
