Responsibilities

• Drafting legal documents and pleadings
• Preparing transactional documents and performing legal and case research
• Communicating with attorneys and clients to ensure efficient case management
• Supporting complex transaction and litigation matters

About the Candidate

• One of the following:
  
  • Certificate of Completion from an ABA?Approved Program
  • Certificate or Degree from a Postsecondary Institution requiring at least 24 semester units in law?related courses
  • Bachelors Degree with Law?Related Experience
  
  
• Experience working as a paralegal
• Superior drafting, writing, research, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
• Microsoft Office (1 Year Preferred)
• Strong work ethic that thrives in both independent and highly collaborative, fast?paced environments
• Ability to work efficiently and cost?effectively for clients
• Demonstrated success in helping to build and manage client relationships and deliverables
