Maintain open communication and strong working relationships with the Warehouse Manager and Leads. Serve as the primary router, managing all routing logistics and updates. Collaborate with Customer Service to prepare shipping documentation, including special handling instructions, COD details, and unique loading requirements. Maintain accurate customer-specific shipping data and generate cost-control reports. Schedule outbound freight pickups with approved carriers and ensure all shipments have proper documentation and freight charges. Manage driver check-ins, verify go-agains via RF gun, and correct pending orders in AS 400. Assist with billing all routes daily and release RGA orders. Assist with scheduling and preparing paperwork for inbound freight deliveries. Scan all receiving documents and file accordingly. Support warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
