Production Worker - Day Shift

Join our dynamic team as a Production Worker on the day shift, where you'll be an integral part of the manufacturing process for hydroponic nutrients and systems. Located in Santa Rosa, CA, you'll work in a warehouse setting that resembles a large home improvement store, contributing to a supportive and safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general production work on a fast-paced bottling line, including loading empty bottles, operating foiling and packing stations, and palletizing filled bottles.
• Ensure the proper materials are used and machines are running safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean work area and keep machines stocked with necessary supplies.
• Collaborate with other operators, production leads, and department personnel in a team-oriented environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and wear provided personal protective equipment, including vests, hard hats, and safety goggles.

Essential Skills

• At least 1 year of production experience in a similar setting.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. repetitively and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Comfortable working in a predominantly Spanish-speaking environment.
• Strong team-player mentality with a professional and mature attitude.
• Commitment to safety and ability to follow strict safety rules.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to work 10+ hours when needed.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
