Job Summary

Were hiring a Civil Litigation Paralegal to work with attorneys on end?to?end cases. This role is based in Santa Rosa, CA with a hybrid schedule and support for trial?focused attorneys. Base pay: $60,000 $100,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to written discovery; track deadlines and summarize responses.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery motions, subpoenas, and substantive correspondence.
• Prep for depositions and expert discovery, including files, exhibits, calendars, and outlines.
• Coordinate with clients, experts, vendors, and opposing counsel professionally.
• Build and maintain case files from intake through trial prep.
• Support attorneys with hearing/trial logistics, binders/exhibits, and witness coordination.

Qualifications

• Proven civil?litigation paralegal experience.
• Excellent writing skills and strong organization under pressure.
• Proactive, solutions?first mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with attorneys.
