The VIP Attendant serves drinks and food to guests in compliance with all Company and health department standards and policies. Responsible for processing transactions in compliance with Company's procedures as well as knowledge and familiarity of cocktails and prices. Performs side work, such as retrieving glasses and other duties as needed. Maintains VIP Lounge and Bar and serves table games in the VIP area. Essential Functions:1. Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values .. Inform immediate supervisor of any product shortages and equipment needs .. Responsible to inventory all items behind bar .. Practice and observe safety rules and regulations and encourage others to do so. Comply with Board of Health Standards ..
