About the Role

A dynamic family is in search of a nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic Nanny and Family Support Specialist to assist with their vibrant household of five children. This position focuses primarily on the three older children, aged approximately 7-13 years, while collaborating with a dedicated full-time nanny who cares for the two younger siblings.

The family values reliability, professionalism, and consistency. The ideal candidate will bring warmth, structure, and positive energy to this fast-paced environment, skillfully balancing nurturing care with effective communication and follow-through.

This is a full-time role requiring flexibility, teamwork, and a calm demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and loving care for three school-aged children
• Assist with morning routines, school preparation, and household organization
• Coordinate after-school activities, pickups, and evening routines
• Engage children in enrichment activities, playtime, and creative learning
• Support the family with household tasks, errands, and scheduling needs
• Collaborate with the Estate Manager, full-time nanny, and household staff
• Help maintain structure and consistency across alternating custody weeks
• Demonstrate flexibility for travel, date nights, and schedule changes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional childcare or family support experience
• Background in education, child development, or teaching preferred
• Strong emotional intelligence and patience, especially with blended family dynamics
• Ability to manage changing schedules and meet the needs of multiple children
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and background check required

Schedule

• Week 1: Monday-Friday (mix of morning/day and 1-9 PM shifts)
• Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• Two weekends per month are required (rotating)
• Flexibility for school holidays, date nights, and occasional travel

Compensation & Benefits

• $50-$55/hour based on experience (guaranteed 40 hours/week)
• 2 weeks paid vacation (accrued)
• Paid sick days & 8 paid holidays
• Health insurance reimbursement up to $500/month (or 50% of the nanny's plan)
• Vehicle provided during working hours
