Job Summary:
The Guest Services Specialist at Marriott is dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for guests by serving as their primary resource for information and services throughout their stay. This role focuses on delivering personalized assistance with the highest standard of hospitality and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer guests detailed information about local attractions such as shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreational activities.
  • Arrange travel plans for guests, including tours, reservations, and transportation services.
  • Assist with spa appointments, golf tee times, event tickets, and dining reservations.
  • Accommodate special requests for guests with unique needs.
  • Coordinate the delivery of guest amenities and provide luggage assistance as necessary.
  • Maintain a detailed logbook of guest inquiries and requests, ensuring timely follow-up and satisfaction.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local vendors and service providers.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a concierge role or a similar capacity.
- Extensive knowledge of the local area, including attractions and activities.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Outstanding communication abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is advantageous.
- High school diploma; a degree in hospitality or a relevant field is preferred.
