About the Opportunity

We are seeking a litigation attorney with 5–10 years of recent trial experience to join our litigation department in our Santa Rosa office. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with senior partners and other attorneys on a broad range of civil litigation matters, including business, trusts and estates, employment, personal injury, and intellectual property.

About the Candidate

• Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California
• 5–10 years of relevant litigation experience
• Broad experience in litigation support, including trial preparation, discovery, motions, depositions, and court appearances
• Experience advocating for clients at hearings, motions, mediations, and arbitrations
• Strong oral, written, research, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
• Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and deliverables
• Strong strategic judgment, common sense, and ability to prioritize and follow through on multiple projects

Job Details

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: $140,000 – $190,000 per year
