• Accurately enter, update, and maintain information in company databases and internal systems.
• Review source documents for accuracy and completeness before entering data.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with a high level of professionalism.
• Follow established data entry guidelines to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
• Provide general administrative support when needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of data entry or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy (minimum 45-60 WPM preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and commitment to completing project tasks.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
