Qualifications and Requirements:
* Willing and able to work a flexible schedule consisting of a variety of weekdays and on both Friday and Saturday
* Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes standing for the entirety of your shift and lifting over 30 lbs.
* Dependable and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
* Brings a cheerful, positive attitude and a passion for serving others
* Works well independently and as part of a team while managing multiple tasks effectively
* Willing and able to work inside and outside of the restaurant as needed
* Willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to respond well to leadership/authority and coaching
Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
* Execute daily operational tasks with excellence for all designated stations
* Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
* Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food with precision, following Chick-fil-A recipes and portioning standards
* Monitor and restock inventory as needed
* Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety protocols
* Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
* Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
* Participate in training by modeling procedures and assisting new hires
* Support efficiency by communicating with the front of house to meet guest expectations
* Adhere to Chick-fil-A expectations, standards, and dress code at all times
* Other duties as assigned
