We are looking for a full time Back OF House professional with experience to help support our Russian River Estate Hospitality‑Sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into the wine business or reinforce their current experience with a booming company.

Responsibilities

• Regularly check-in with all Hospitality staff members.
• Regularly buss and sanitize all tables.
• Regularly sweep/spot check the floors for debris (we're in a rural setting).
• Help hospo team set tables for upcoming reservations.
• Keeping surfaces in both kitchens organized, clear and clean throughout the day.
• Buss used glasses/plates/utensils.
• Regularly restock clean glasses to hospo spaces.
• Regularly tidy/restock concierge station.
• Wash, dry and put away all glassware, plates, utensils, etc.
• Restock both kitchen towel dispensers and paper towels.
• Ensure bathrooms TP, soaps, lotion, hand towels are sufficiently stocked throughout the day.
• Ensure bathroom sinks, counters, floors, toilets, are clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Refill guest water bottles/water carafes.
• Prepare food menu items for reservations/guests.
• Take out all trash and recycle bins as needed.

Storage Room Upkeep

• Put boxes, pens, collateral, office supplies away.
• Throw away/recycle garbage/empty boxes, etc.
• Keep floors clean.
• Restock to‑go boxes.
• Restock printed cards.
• Consolidate open case boxes.
