Job Overview

Hands‑on litigation associate with direct client contact, partner mentorship, and real courtroom time from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft persuasive pleadings and motions; conduct targeted legal research.
  • Manage discovery end‑to‑end; draft and negotiate discovery responses.
  • Take and defend depositions; prepare witnesses.
  • Appear in court for hearings and argument; support trial preparation.
  • Drive case strategy and support settlement negotiations.
  • Handle broad civil litigation matters with exposure to trust and probate disputes.

Qualifications

  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills; clear communication.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative; comfortable with responsibility early.
  • Prior experience or interest in civil litigation; trust/probate litigation interest a plus.
