Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Machinist to work on-site with our client, a top-tier Fortune 500 electronics company. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain machining processes utilizing cutting edge machine tools such as Swiss Style Lathes, Single and Multi-Turret Lathes, and 3 to 5 axis Milling centers.
- Working closely with R&D on microwave applications, you will influence designs for mechanical components and assemblies, ensure design for manufacturability, facilitate release and support production.
Qualifications:
- 3 - 5+ years machinist experience
- Experience with any/all the following is highly desired:
- 3 to 5 axis milling
- Swiss Style Lathes
- Mill/Turn Machine Center
- Advanced Metrology
- CNC Programming/CAM Programming Software
- CAD/Solid Modeling
- Tool Grinding
- Interpreting specifications including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
