  • Actasstoreconsultantinallareasofthestoresbusinessincludingprint,signsandgraphics,andshipping.
  • Takeorders,
    coordinateactivitiesinthestore,providepricingandproductinformation,andrecommendappropriateFedExOfficeproductsandservices.
  • Operateandmaintainvariousequipment,moveboxesandequipment,stockmaterials,manageproductionqueueandoutput,managecomplexprojects,manageretailsupply,andcompleteassignedtasksbasedonpriority.
GeneralDutiesandResponsibilities
  • Followinstructionsofsupervisorsandassistotherteammembersinperformingstorefunctions.
  • Assistinthetrainingofstoreteammembers.
  • Demonstrateconsultativebehaviorstounderstandcustomersindividualizedneeds.
  • Providecustomexpertiseinprinting,signsandgraphicsandshippingproductlinesandrecommendappropriateFedExOfficeproductsandservices.
  • Resolvecustomerproblemsquicklyandensurecustomersatisfaction.
  • Takecomplexcustomerordersusingordersystemsandprovideaccuratepricinginformation.
  • Assembleparcelsandprepairgoodsforshippingbywrappingitemsininsulation, insertingitemsinto shippingcontainers,weighingpackages,andaffixinglabelstopar
  • Setupparsprinting,binding,andinotherrelatedequipmentusingcustomersuppliedoriginalmediaanddocuments.
  • MaintainasafecleanandorderlyretailStore.
  • Ensureconfidentialityofcustomerdataandcarefulhandlingofdocuments,mediaandpackages.
  • ProcessfinancialtransactionsusingaPointofSaleterminal(POS),includinghandlingcashandmakingchange.
  • Clean,repairedandstockallretailstoreprintingandshippingequipmentandsuppliesforoptimalperformanceandavailability.
  • StaycurrentonretailStoremerchandisingmaterialsandensureproper displayofallretailareaproductsandsignage.
  • Takepreemptiveactiontoperfe errorsandwaste.
  • Completerequiredfinancialpaperworkandassistwithfinancialreportingincludingdaily sales,closeoutsandbankdeposits.
  • FollowFedExOfficestandardoperatingproceduresandadherelegal,HR,safety ,customerserviceandsecuritypoliciesandprocedures.
  • Performsmultipletasksatacitme
  • SeeksopportunitiesforknowledgeandskillsdevelopmentwithintheretailStore.
  • Operateswithminimalsupervision.

MinimumQualificationsAndRequirements
  • Highschooldiplomaorequivalenteducation.
  • 6+monthsofspecializedexperience.
  • Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
