Key Responsibilities for Service Team Members:

• Deliver outstanding dining experiences by greeting guests, serving food, and processing payments at the cash register.
• Keep the restaurant clean and presentable for our guests.
• Adhere to operational standards and safety protocols to ensure food quality and freshness.
• Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, working various positions including front counter, drive-through, or kitchen.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily objectives in a fun and positive setting.

Qualifications:

• Friendly and helpful attitude.
• Previous operations experience is beneficial.
• Some high school education required.
• Food handler certification may be necessary, dependent on local regulations.

Physical Demands:

While performing your duties, be prepared for a dynamic work environment that can involve high temperatures from cooking equipment and standing for extended periods. You will be required to lift up to 50 lbs. and effectively communicate with guests and team members in a fast-paced setting.

Pay Range: $22 per hour - $25 per hour. Individual pay is determined based on various factors including work location and experience.
