To perform a professional and personalized nail care service to all clients which includes a variety of specialty treatments. Our Nail Technicians will respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort while complying with all Four Seasons' policies and procedures.

Perform nail care for guests based on their requests, including but not limited to manicures, pedicures, paraffin dips, polish changes and any specialty treatments related to nails while providing the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.

Keep guests informed of the treatment process and the explanation of retail items and products.

To practice and follow all California State Board regulations, including all sanitation and hygiene standards, as well as maintain a clean, professional work area.

Prepare the work area with necessary supplies; set up and breakdown of work area.

Assist in set-up, break down, and maintenance of Spa including refreshments in pre-treatment areas.

Accommodate special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with spa services.

Assist guests to appointments as they relate to the Spa and Fitness areas.

Retrieve linens from laundry and return used linen to laundry.

Maintain clean work areas in Spa Dispensary, Nail Bar, and Staff Room.

Enforce Spa and Fitness rules and regulations pertaining to the locker room for all adult and junior guests.

Appropriately utilize reservation systems, maintenance tracking, and Guest Experience database as vehicles of communication to ensure guest satisfaction with all services provided in the Spa and Fitness areas.

Ability to suggest services and provide the highest level of recommendations to our guests.

Ensure compliance of daily, and opening/closing checklists by walking and ensuring all Spa areas are well maintained, stocked, and cleaned to ensure high quality presentation and repair of all equipment.

Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.

Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

Assist in answering product and treatment questions, as well as assist with guest orientations to use of Spa facilities.

Liaison/introduce guests to Spa service providers.

Ability to follow proper payroll procedures.

Ability to ensure safety procedures are followed and able to notify security of any accidents or injury.

Ability to handle, store and utilize all chemicals properly and safely.

Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence of or due to heavy volume in areas of Front Desk.

Current license from California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology.

At least three years' experience in nail care, preferably in luxury environment.

Knowledge of Napa Valley and surrounding areas highly desirable, however not required.

Ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment.

Strong problem solving skills, ability to handle difficult situations and guests.

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

Outgoing personality and at ease with customers.

This position is not eligible for work sponsorship/visa. Candidates must possess valid US work authorization.

Hourly Rate: $20.85
