As an Area Head Float Teacher, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing the educational activities across multiple locations, ensuring teaching consistency and the integration of cutting-edge learning technologies in line with our commitment to optimizing productivity and enhancing knowledge acquisition. Travel between multiple educational sites to provide instructional support and leadership. Implement and oversee the curriculum and educational programs ensuring they meet both our standards and regulatory requirements. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching practices and learning outcomes. Support and mentor a team of teachers, providing them with the feedback and resources they need to excel in their roles. Liaise with senior management to align educational strategies with business objectives. Ensure the integration of new technology and innovative teaching practices promoted by NBCC. Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and promote an inclusive educational environment.
