As a Young Preschool Teacher at NBCC, you will have the opportunity to mold young minds in a way that prepares them for future academic and personal success, using pioneering techniques that intersect education with dynamic business paradigms. Design and implement engaging and educational activities that promote physical, emotional, and intellectual growth among young children aged 2-4 years. Create daily lesson plans that support developmental milestones and incorporate innovative learning strategies inspired by business problem-solving concepts. Regular assessment and documentation of students? progress, and development of performance reports to share with parents and stakeholders. Ensures a safe and nurturing environment for all students, fostering an atmosphere that encourages active learning, positive social interactions, and creativity. Collaborate with other teaching professionals and NBCC consultants to adapt strategies from the business world into age-appropriate educational content.
