Grab N' Grow, a long-standing local supplier of premium soils, composts, and landscape materials, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers. In this role, the Customer Service Representative will provide friendly and helpful customer service, product guidance, dispatch coordination, and help with regulatory recordkeeping. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains accuracy under pressure, and delivers clear, friendly, and professional support to customers and co-workers. They are dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable balancing multiple tasks while staying calm and organized. A strong communicator who learns quickly and takes ownership of their work will excel here. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
