Risk & Controls Program Manager III Remote Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join the Finance Risk & Controls team. This program manager will facilitate and oversee the execution and delivery of SOX Change Assessment projects. As part of this, the program manager will own relationships and regularly engage with R&C Advisors and key XFN stakeholders such as finance/accounting teams, engineering, internal audit, and external audit, to enable timely delivery of SOX Change Assessment deliverables. They will proactively identify and resolve potential blockers or risks to the timely delivery of R&C services, including driving necessary escalations. The program manager will lead check-in meetings with all participants on a set cadence and drive periodic report outs to all XFN leaders.
