Scion Technology has been engaged to conduct a search for an experienced Medium Voltage Product Manager for our client, the world's leading supplier of microinverter-based solar and battery systems in Petaluma, CA! This is a full-time, direct hire position based onsite in Petaluma.
POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Medium Voltage Product Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of our medium voltage products, from concept through development, launch, and ongoing optimization. You will collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure our products meet market needs, comply with industry standards, and deliver value to our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the medium voltage product line, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
- Manage product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery and innovation.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure products meet industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field; MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in product management within the electrical or power distribution industry.
- Strong understanding of medium voltage systems, electrical standards, and safety protocols.
- Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
