The Department of State Hospitals-Napa currently has a vacancy for an Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA). Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I, the AGPA is responsible for the ongoing monitoring, assessing, coordination and implementation of hospital-wide program management activities related to planning, policy development, implementation and monitoring of the statewide guidelines and Department of Public Health (Licensing). The AGPA frequently participates in facility-wide inspections, audits and surveys; provides consultation to managers and supervisors regarding current/new/revised regulations; monitors all hospital departments for compliance with applicable State, Federal and Local standards and regulations. Training & Development (T&D) may also be considered for this position.
