Position Summary:
Responsible for the cleanliness of casino and public areas upholding the resorts' luxury standards. The Internal Maintenance Porter is to perform all assigned responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies and procedures.
Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
2. Performs responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
3. Maintain cleanliness of all guest and team member common areas throughout property.
4. Maintain cleanliness of all guest and team member restrooms.
5. Clean and polish all slot machines and gaming tables.
6. Clean up biohazard spills and any contaminated areas per department policies and protocols.
7. Pick up and remove trash and broken glass from all guest and team member common areas
throughout the property.
8. Clean walls, ceilings, floors, and vents as required and per department policies and protocols.
9. Operate tools and equipment as trained to clean floors, fixtures, surfaces, and carpets throughout property.
10. Move, rearrange, or relocate furniture/equipment as needed to thoroughly clean all areas.
11. Reset furniture/equipment to company approved layout after completing cleaning protocols.
12. Collect and empty trash receptacles from all guest and team member common areas throughout property.
13. Be familiar with OSHA and MSDS requirements regarding chemical and electrical equipment used in the department.
14. Report to management any damaged or worn property identified while cleaning including surfaces, floors, carpets, fixtures, furniture, tools, and equipment.

Required Qualifications:
1. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
2. Ability to read, write and speak in English.
3. Interact with fellow team members and guests in a friendly, positive, and courteous manner.
4. Must be at least 21 years of age.

14. Ability to reach above the shoulders and other hand arm use intermittently, up to 88% of shift.
Work Conditions:
Work is typically in an area which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, and may contain second-hand smoke. Work may be performed in small areas with a 3 ft. wide access. These tasks include the maintenance and care of the assigned area. Work may entail trained chemical usage. Constant contact with fellow Team Members and Guests.
