Discovery Management Group is seeking an experienced Senior Business Office Director to oversee the business office functions at Watermark Napa Valley while also supporting one or more communities with financial, HR, and operational training. This role is ideal for an experienced Business Office Manager who thrives in both hands‑on responsibilities and regional training/support functions.

Your Role: Senior Business Office Director
As Senior Business Office Director, you will serve in a dual capacity: managing the business office functions of your base community while also providing training and operational support for other communities. You'll ensure compliance with accounting standards, HR practices, Sarbanes‑Oxley procedures, and corporate policies, while mentoring Business Office Managers to achieve excellence in their own communities.
