Qualifications and Requirements:
* Must be at least 18 years of age or older
* Bilingual in English and Spanish required
* Willing and able to work a flexible schedule opening or closing the restaurant a variety of weekdays and on both Fridays and Saturdays
* Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes standing for the entirety of your shift and lifting over 30 lbs.
* Provide genuine hospitality to guests with a heart of service
* Reliable transportation
* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members
* Strong commitment to superior customer service
* Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues
* Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
* Ability to respond well to leadership/authority and coaching
* Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred
Team Leader Responsibilities:
* Actively participate in daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
* Maintain Chick-fil-A's food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards at all times
* Assist in training team members, set the tone for each shift, and serve as a role model for the team
* Lead by example as a friendly, encouraging, and dependable team player
* Open and/or close the restaurant, lead shifts, and act as a key holder
* Ensure consistent execution of established restaurant systems (hospitality, food safety, cleanliness, scheduling, cash handling, etc.) to maintain operational excellence
* Maintain accountability for shift systems such as checklists, line-up routines, and handoff procedures to ensure smooth daily operations
* Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and servant leadership
* Adhere to Chick-fil-A expectations, standards, and dress code at all times
* Other duties as assigned
