About the Role:

As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll help lead two to three active projects at a time, serving as the essential link between design, field operations, and ownership.
You'll manage logistics, budgets, and schedules ensuring each project is delivered with the precision, beauty, and mindfulness that define our work.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate daily construction activities and subcontractor performance.
  • Manage project schedules, cost forecasting, and change orders.
  • Collaborate with superintendents, architects, engineers, and clients to align execution with design and budget.
  • Monitor quality, safety, and sustainability across all project phases.
  • Support procurement, permitting, and inspection processes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress to leadership and clients.
  • Represent Earthtone's values of craftsmanship, transparency, and teamwork in every interaction.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a general-contractor environment.
  • Experience across commercial, hospitality, and/or high-end residential/estate construction.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Suite, MS Project, or Bluebeam.
  • Strong understanding of California building codes, permitting, and safety standards.
  • OSHA 30 certification (required within six months of hire).
  • Professional credentials such as PMP, CMAA, AIC, or LEED AP are preferred.
