Our client is looking for a Production Planner to join their team! You would be responsible for collaborating with departmental managers, supervisors, and customer service teams to align planning activities with efficient manufacturing processes. Duties include organizing production to meet demand and quality standards while ensuring timely processing and delivery of goods.

Title: Production Planner
Pay: $35-$38/hr
Location: Petaluma, CA

Key Responsibilities

• Release production requests and prioritize orders with internal and external teams.
• Track orders from receipt to shipment and update status reports.
• Plan product flow through production, QC, QA, packaging, and shipping.
• Schedule shipments and coordinate with customer service and production teams.
• Liaise with QA to ensure batch releases meet shipping deadlines.
• Monitor key inventories for products and raw materials.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and coordinate development requests.
• Determine resource needs (personnel, equipment, raw materials) and communicate with managers.

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3-5 years of production planning in biotech, pharma, or medical device industries (GMP-regulated).
• Experience with MS Office and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with CPIM/APICS certification (preferred).
